What You Will Do

As Senior Director of Production, you will lead our production efforts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will translate strategic vision into operational plans and guide your team through game development cycles.

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Product Director to translate long-term vision into actionable plans. Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly across departments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans proactively to handle evolving project scopes and dependencies. Address workflow gaps and operational challenges.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of production staff. Foster professional growth through training and mentoring.
• Product and Production Partnership: Ensure alignment between development partners and creative/product leadership, supporting successful goal achievement.
• Set the Quality Bar: Establish a culture of excellence, supporting the team to produce tangible outcomes that meet high standards.
