Job summary

Tangible is seeking a senior leader for its Deal Team to own the firm’s most complex, strategically important transactions end-to-end, from origination and structuring through commercial negotiation and close. You will personally lead live deals, not just oversee them, and mentor Deal Managers and Analysts.

You will represent Tangible externally at principal level with GPs, LPs, placement agents, and institutional counterparties, helping scale deal execution with a hands-on, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• 10+ years in private-market transactions or related field.
• Experience leading transactions from origination to close.
• Proven track record of senior deal leadership and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead live transactions end-to-end across GP-led vehicles, LP portfolio sales, direct secondaries, and related structures.
• Own the commercially and legally demanding conversations with GPs, LPs, advisors, and counsel.
• Make pricing, structuring, and portfolio construction judgments; ensure close handoff with the Closing team.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with secondaries advisors, fund managers, and institutional counterparties.
• Lead and develop a deal team; align on hiring and scaling as the function grows.
