Job Description:

Join our team to dive deep in order to uncover key insights that guide critical business decisions. The Red Hat Cloud Partner team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Partner Senior Sales Director to focus on growing our Cloud business through Red Hat’s Ecosystem in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will manage a team working with external Cloud partners to build sales strategies, manage account planning, and increase sales alignment and collaboration.

In this role, you will influence and execute strategy, be accountable for Ecosystem Cloud business growth, and manage sales programs and projects. You will also oversee the growth and development of key Global Cloud Partners in EMEA, including Hyperscalers and Cloud Partners.

What You Will Do

  • Be the EMEA expert for Cloud Partner business to enhance our joint engagement and develop strategies to win new business and promote Red Hat technology adoption.
  • Align with the EMEA Managed Cloud team and collaborate with RTM leaders on partner growth initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and drive growth through marketplaces, certifications, and ISV integrations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote cloud consumption strategies for customers.
  • Develop and expand the Cloud ecosystem, including distribution partners, and promote partner recruitment and adoption.
  • Work with global partners to develop joint plans (GTM, Sales, Enablement) to achieve sales and partnership goals in EMEA.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to support initiatives for new business, solutions, and market visibility.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA team.
  • Solve business and technology challenges, align program objectives, and deliver an EMEA Cloud Strategy.

What You Will Bring

  • Deep understanding of the EMEA cloud market.
  • Experience in account and cloud partner management.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage partnerships for market seeding and revenue growth, including Hyperscalers.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Experience working with a distributed network of internal and external partners across EMEA.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Red Hat's EMEA cloud business.
