STACK Infrastructure is growing fast across EMEA and is looking for a Senior Director of Operations - Nordics to shape the future of our regional data center portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring our Nordic sites set the standard for resilience, safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring uptime, safety, compliance, and efficiency
  • Standardise processes across Nordic sites, aligning with EMEA standards
  • Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational innovation
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and develop Data Center Managers and operations teams
  • Foster a client-first, high-performance culture
  • Build talent pipelines and support career development initiatives
Uptime & Risk Assurance
  • Maintain 100% uptime through preventive maintenance and risk management
  • Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational readiness planning
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring service excellence
  • Align operations with client expectations and EMEA best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams on commissioning, integration, and operational priorities
Governance & Financial Management
  • Drive KPI reporting, transparency, and accountability
  • Oversee OPEX/CAPEX planning, vendor performance, and cost optimisation
Health, Safety & Sustainability
  • Embed a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across Nordic operations
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in mission-critical operations, with 5+ in senior leadership
  • Proven success leading multi-site/regional operations in complex technical environments
  • Strong leadership, client engagement, and operational expertise
  • Fluent English; Nordic language proficiency desirable
  • Hybrid role with up to 50% travel across the Nordics and EMEA
