Job Title: Senior Director, Operations IT - Business Partner, Sourcing

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who excels in driving technology thought leadership and agile IT solutions delivery. As a Senior Director, Operations IT - Business Partner, Sourcing, you will collaborate with senior global business unit leads and other Operations IT leaders to develop initiatives that enhance business operations and drive excellence on a global scale. Accountabilities:

You will orchestrate the delivery, deployment, and implementation of innovative IT solutions while maintaining operational IT systems roadmaps supporting global procurement and contract manufacturing processes. Your role includes developing platform strategies that foster innovation and optimize IT operations. Working closely with Business Analysts and Business Relationship Managers, you will shape the IT capabilities for aligned business units, ensuring procurement and manufacturing strategies are fully supported through effective IT delivery. Responsibilities also include leading a team of senior IT professionals across multiple countries, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising the IT budget for sourcing operations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Proven ability to act as a technology inspiring leader and drive new ideas into the business.
• Experience managing a global IT organization with influence over senior leaders and business strategy.
• Experience implementing global systems/processes and managing business change.
• Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and deliver innovative solutions that provide competitive advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple complex IT programs simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with IT systems delivery & support models following SDLC & ITIL, with a deep understanding of critical delivery metrics.
• Cross-cultural people management and employee engagement skills.
• Experience working in agile teams using SCRUM methodologies.
• Effective talent and attrition management with succession planning expertise.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• 18 to 20+ years of proven IT leadership and business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems supporting manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Experience managing IT project budgets up to $30M.
• Experience working in a global organization with geographically dispersed teams and partners.
• Exposure to pharma or healthcare domains.
• Experience with IT landscapes in highly regulated environments.
