This executive role will lead the strategy and execution for internal data platforms, tools, and capabilities, enabling innovation, scalability, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation.

You will oversee a team of 15+ Product Managers and Directors, collaborating with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build a secure, modern, and trusted data ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes and accelerates innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear company-wide data product strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
• Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a unified roadmap across internal data platforms, governance, experimentation, and enablement - focused on tangible business impact.
