Job summary

Penta is seeking a hands-on technical leader to head its Data Science team in Greater London. You will design and oversee data science and AI solutions, ensuring they deliver dependable value to clients. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in applied AI, is skilled in advanced Python coding, and has expertise in production LLM workflows.

The role also involves collaboration across various departments to align product delivery with client outcomes, ensuring team growth and high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' hands-on experience in applied AI or Data Science leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about code quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Penta’s Data Science team.
• Design, build, and review data science solutions across NLP and machine learning.
• Partner with teams to align product roadmap with data science strategy.

Skills

Advanced Python coding for data science
