We are seeking a Senior Director, Medical Strategy – Oncology, to join our growing team.

Our Senior Directors play a crucial role in leading programmes across the ‘One Medical’ business. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with extensive team leadership experience, therapy area and scientific expertise, and strong strategic thinking skills to define innovative strategies and ensure excellence in all deliverables. Senior Directors help shape the future of the business and foster a dynamic, supportive, and innovative environment. They may specialize in content development, team leadership, team development, or strategic thinking. This position focuses on Medical Strategy in Oncology, specifically breast cancer.

What you’ll do:

1. Therapy area and scientific expertise: Lead internal programmes related to therapy area and scientific expertise across the global ‘One Medical’ team.
2. Strategic thinking: Define strategies for new and complex proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
3. Client relationships: Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams.
4. Managing and advising: Lead and shape medical teams, fostering intellectual curiosity and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
5. Artificial intelligence (AI): Identify opportunities for AI interventions and lead related programmes across the team.
6. Business development: Drive growth by identifying new clients and leveraging existing relationships.
7. Strategic leadership: Develop thought leadership content, support industry best practices, and provide strategic counsel to clients.
8. Strategy process leadership: Oversee research, analysis, insight development, and creative brief creation.
9. Develop and execute initiatives: Collaborate internally and with clients to implement strategic projects.
10. Critical thinking: Understand industry dynamics from a Medical Affairs perspective and shape services accordingly.
11. Leadership in client meetings: Confidently facilitate meetings and workshops.
