Job summary

Capgemini Invent is expanding its Marketing Services and Operations leadership within the frog network in the UK. The Senior Director will drive growth, shape strategic marketing programmes, and lead cross‑functional teams across geographies to deliver scalable Martech solutions.

Ideal candidates will bring deep Marketing Strategy & Technology expertise, a track record of selling complex, multi‑faceted programmes, and strong CXO-level relationships across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Significant experience leading marketing service outsourcing programmes.
• Experience with multi-regional teams & global business lines in a matrix organisation.
• Broad Marketing Technology knowledge to shape, sell and deliver Martech solutions.
• Understanding of AI/Agentic AI and its impact on marketing services.
• Ability to map business objectives to technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead growing a high-performing Marketing services team and nurture top talent.
• Lead multiple concurrent marketing bids and proposals.
• Shape attractive commercial propositions, including scope, budget and resources.
• Manage and deliver on multiple marketing/sector projects.
• Pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals and pitches for Marketing Services/Martech.
• Collaborate with Capgemini Invent, frog and external partners to implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Advise tier-one organisations on Marketing Services and Martech capabilities and governance frameworks.
• Analyse and optimise Marketing Services/Martech stacks for ROI.
