Job summary

Capgemini Invent's frog division seeks a Digital Strategist Manager to shape end‑to‑end propositions at the intersection of strategy, product, data and technology. You’ll translate insight into business value for senior clients and lead cross‑functional teams across design, tech and marketing.

You’ll drive growth, mentor colleagues, and apply pragmatic problem‑solving in dynamic, hybrid UK environments. Experience in regulated sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or related fields with a demonstrated commercial, strategic and creative thinking ability.
• Ability to build and present compelling business cases and value scenarios.
• Experience translating research into actionable strategy and product propositions.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and their business value.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day‑to‑day project lead on client engagements and manage small frog project teams.
• Drive account growth; contribute to BD efforts, proposals and client pitches.
• Serve as SME on Strategy craft; upskill others and collaborate across frog.
• Assume people management responsibilities within the Strategy team where needed.
• Collaborate across frog’s multi‑disciplinary teams of designers, technologists, and marketers.
