Aztec is recruiting for a senior sales leader in the UK to drive new business growth across strategic clients and asset classes. You will own revenue targets and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Relationship Management to win mandates and expand key relationships.

The role requires expertise in institutional sales, cross-functional collaboration and strong negotiation skills to close large, complex deals. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in senior sales or business development roles within financial services.
• Proven track record of originating, progressing and closing complex institutional opportunities.
• Demonstrable ability to drive revenue growth across clients, regions or market segments.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to contract.

• Execute Aztec’s sales and GTM strategy, identifying opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Own and deliver against personal new business and revenue targets.
• Build, manage and progress a high-quality sales pipeline with CRM discipline.
