A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources to drive strategic HR initiatives across EU and APAC. This remote role involves overseeing talent management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local laws while fostering an engaging company culture. Position Summary:
Partners with assigned business leaders across business groups and/or countries to provide strategic direction for HR priorities. Identifies HR priorities and implements solutions. Provide hands-on leadership and manage day-to-day programs and initiatives including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, compensation, coaching & counseling, talent management, talent acquisition, HR operations, annual compensation review, and reporting on HR business results. Liaise with other HR leaders, working collaboratively as part of a geo-dispersed global HR team. Lead the assigned HR staff.
