Senior Director - Global Market Access Strategy - Boutique Pharma Advisory firm - UK/multiple EU locations

An exciting chance to come in and build out a key offering/offerings, focusing on Global Market Access Strategy through a commercial/corporate lens.

Role Scope:
  • Leadership role focused on driving BD, sales and expanding warm relationships (roughly 70% BD/sales/client management vs 30% delivery)
  • Part of a growing brand name, a senior 'sell and deliver' position, without hard sales targets
  • Visible position in a small people-focused firm, chance to make an impact and work within a close-knit leadership team of experts in this space
  • You will cover Global markets, expanding on solid foundations and a flowing book of business in PMA strategy
Ideal Profile:
  • Life Sciences MSc or PhD/Scientific background is highly desirable
  • 10+ years experience in consulting and/or Pharma industry (pipeline strategy, BD&L, market access & pricing, forecasting etc.)
  • Expertise in primary research methods
  • Interest in Corporate Strategy/Commercially minded Market Access (less HEOR/Value coms focused)
  • London based or able to travel to London 1-2 times per month
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and would be a key part of a growing offering and team
