Job Description And Responsibilities

  • Build and grow advisory and data engagements with clients across the ecosystem, focusing on sustainable solutions for consumers, clients, and merchants.
  • Shape the practice strategy supporting Visa’s clients in offering sustainable options and enhancing their ESG strategies.
  • Lead interactions and collaborations with key stakeholders within Visa, including Account Executives, Advisory, Data, VMS, and VGS teams.
  • Manage pipeline development for sustainable solutions, including pricing, offerings, and use cases.
  • Conduct market research in partnership with Visa clients to understand needs and inform practice development.
  • Engage with regional VCA leads and client teams to develop value propositions and meet client needs.
  • Drive sales targets and client retention across payment models and government sectors.
  • Create a practice roadmap with KPIs to measure success aligned with Visa’s goals.
  • Support other VSS and VGS areas to achieve overall targets.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly, based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • Senior industry experience, ideally 10+ years in business strategy, consulting, or business development.
  • Deep passion and understanding of sustainability.
  • Knowledge of the payments and banking industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration at all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional environments, with a track record of innovation and decision-making.
  • Experience in driving market opportunities and developing client-centered solutions.
  • Experience managing practice roadmaps and growth strategies.
  • Flexible leadership style, adaptable to new demands.
  • Ability to analyze market research and act decisively.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
