The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDNA) team is building the foundation for data-driven decision making at Equinix. We are responsible for developing the core data platform, product, process, and policy that enable the business to operate with greater speed, clarity, and confidence. We are seeking seasoned and visionarySenior Director of Enterprise Data Productto drive enterprise-wide impact through cutting-edge data and AI product leadership. This role is a critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution, responsible for shaping, testing, and delivering high-value data and AI capabilities that are intuitive, scalable, and measurable. You’ll work across multiple verticals (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure our data and AI investments unlock meaningful business outcomes

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Lead multi-functional teams and shape the end-to-end strategy for enterprise data and AI products

Define and evolve the enterprise data product vision across key verticals, aligned with company priorities and C-suite goals

Champion data-driven culture and serve as the executive-level thought partner for senior leaders

Data Product Ownership

Define, build, validate, test, and promote adoption of ourcore enterprise data productsto drive faster, smarter decision-making across the business

Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring usability, scalability, and measurable impact

Productize analytics solutions — from self-service insights and KPI dashboards to intelligent assistants and AI copilots

Prioritize and allocate resources against the highest ROI opportunities; establish business cases, KPIs, and outcome measurement

AI & Data Science Integration

Partner with AI Engineering and Data Science to identify, experiment, and scale AI use cases that drive automation, insight generation, and predictive capabilities

Translate emerging AI technologies into enterprise-ready applications with tangible ROI

Drive rapid iteration, experimentation, and feedback loops to validate and scale AI-driven products

Stakeholder Engagement

Build trust with C-level and senior business leaders through deep understanding of functional strategies, data needs, and pain points.

Run structured roadmap reviews, co-create use cases, and ensure transparency in prioritization and delivery trade-offs

Drive alignment across business, data governance, engineering, and change management teams

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Data Science, preferably within the data/analytics domain, either internal facing or both internal and customer facing products (e.g., commercialized and generating revenue)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders

Experience operating in a highly cross functional, multinational business

Dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a bias for action, rapid experimentation, and ability to break down complex problems

Preferred: Prior experience in Data Center, Cloud, Telecommunications, IT industry

Skills and Attributes

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

• San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $250,000 to $374,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
