Real Recruitment is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics for UK & Europe. This senior leadership role drives the Data, Analytics & AI practice, overseeing growth, delivery and client relationships across the region.

The ideal candidate blends consulting, architecture and delivery leadership with strong P&L ownership. You will engage with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior stakeholders, shaping complex enterprise Data & AI programmes, and leading cross-functional teams across consulting, architecture

Qualifications

• Strong background in Data, Analytics and/or AI consulting.
• Experience at Director/VP or Head of Practice level.
• Background in technology consulting, SI or digital transformation.
• Proven ownership of a Data & Analytics practice or business unit.
• Tracked P&L ownership including revenue, margin and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Owns and grows the Data, Analytics & AI practice across UK and Europe.
• Leads commercial growth, solutions, delivery and client relationships.
• Pre-sales and solutions experience, shaping enterprise Data/AI programmes.
• Oversees RFPs, proposals and senior client presentations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior stakeholders.
