Job summary

IQVIA in London seeks a Senior Director of Composite Measures Science & Integration to lead the design, validation, and implementation of laboratory- and genomic-enabled composite measures. You will integrate diverse data sources and align with corporate strategy, trials, and real-world studies, delivering meaningful endpoints and scalable services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline required.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Deep knowledge of drug development, clinical outcomes, and measurement theory.
Experience guiding scientific method development and project leadership.
Ability to translate scientific insight into scalable, commercially relevant solutions.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and operating model for Laboratory & Genomic composite measures.
Lead end-to-end development, validation, and integration of composite measures.
Ensure data collection and laboratories meet scientific and regulatory standards.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with IQVIA Labs, regulators, and clients.
Drive growth through innovative measurement offerings and partnerships.
