WTW is seeking a Commercial Lines Pricing Senior Director to lead pricing strategy, transformation programmes, and analytics for major insurers in the UK. You will develop models, tools, and portfolio management capabilities while driving client engagements and market-facing insights from a senior consulting perspective.

The role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking, with experience in pricing innovation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lines pricing within an insurance company or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation in pricing, underwriting, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Commercial Lines pricing strategy, optimisation, and performance improvement.
• Lead pricing capability assessments and transformation programmes.
• Develop and enhance pricing models, tools, processes, and portfolio management capabilities.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, data enrichment, and insight-led decision making.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and represent WTW's Commercial Lines Pricing consulting and software solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new propositions, thought leadership, and market-facing insights.
• Support business growth through proposal development, networking, and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor colleagues to support capability building and knowledge sharing.
