Where Do You Fit In?
As the Senior Director of Business Development CNS , you will be responsible for driving sales of Signant Health's CNS (Neuroscience) products and services. With a focus on our comprehensive solution portfolio—Unified Platform, eCOA, EDC, IRT, SmartSupplies, TrialConsent, Patient Engagement, and Rater Services—you will manage a specific territory and accounts. Your collaboration with Portfolio Leads and Sales Development colleagues will be instrumental in achieving our CNS sales growth objectives and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Prospecting : Identify and engage with new CNS opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers. Build strong rapport to become a trusted partner in their clinical research efforts.
Solution Development : Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client needs, showcasing Signant Health’s advanced technology offerings and operational strategies.
Industry Engagement : Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to sponsors, and represent Signant Health at major industry events and tradeshows, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
Strategic Account Management : Craft and implement account and territory strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint in existing accounts.
Proposal Leadership : Gather critical information for proposal preparation, actively participate in the proposal process, and contribute to bid defense meetings.
Sales Achievement : Negotiate, close, and book sales opportunities, collaborating across a matrix structure to achieve and exceed sales targets.
What You Bring
Proven Sales Success : Demonstrated success in a sales role within the life sciences sector, with a focus on selling e-clinical solutions such as EDC, eCOA, RTSM, eConsent, and Telemedicine.
CNS Industry Knowledge : Understanding and exposure to the CNS industry, with a proven ability to prospect and secure new business opportunities with a hunter mindset.
Leadership in Proposals : Experience leading proposal and bid defense processes, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Strategic Planning : Ability to develop and execute territory/account plans that achieve annual sales targets, supported by effective sales funnel management.
Collaboration Skills : Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with experience working within a matrix structure in a global company.
Preferred Skills
Industry Familiarity : Familiarity with biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO industries, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
Global Experience : Experience working collaboratively with international colleagues, demonstrating cultural adaptability and global business acumen.
CRM Expertise : Proficiency in or similar CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and forecast achievements accurately.
