Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Director of Analytics and Insights to lead the analytics/BI function. The role sets the vision, operating model and standards to move beyond reporting toward explain, predict and improve outcomes and productivity across the Trust.

The postholder will drive an integrated analytics service across clinical, operational, corporate and digital leadership, delivering a measurable BI optimisation change programme within the Digital

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in BI/analytics/data within NHS or similar regulated environment.
• Track record of designing and delivering an analytics operating model including demand management, standards, governance and adoption.
• Experience providing executive-level assurance and narrative from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated analytics service with a single route for analytics demand, prioritisation and delivery.
• Establish metric ownership, definitions and data governance for a single version of truth.
• Modernise reporting and dashboards to focus on high-value insight.
• Build strategic analytics capability to support quality, safety, performance, productivity and inequalities.
