Job summary

Snowflake seeks an accomplished senior leader to own regional paid support programs. You will build and scale the Priority Support team, manage revenue targets, and drive the Go-to-Market for premium engagement.

You will oversee post-sales delivery and partner with Sales, SE, and Delivery to align on customer outcomes. You will guide AI-native advisory work, manage escalations, and shape policies and playbooks as Snowflake expands its paid support portfolio in a fast-moving cloud data platform

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, with revenue accountability.
Experience leading paid support, premium services, or advisory teams, or selling technical solutions in a senior field role.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the regional Priority Support team, including Designated Support Engineers and front-line managers.
Own regional revenue targets for paid support programs and drive the Go-to-Market motion.
Define handoff models between pre-sales and post-sales delivery to ensure seamless customer engagements.
Lead AI-native engagement delivery, predictive workload analysis, and AI-driven insights at scale.
Engage with Sales and Solutions Engineering to position paid support program value in deals and renewals.
