Short Intro and About the Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join us as a Senior Digital Transformation Manager. This role is responsible for leading digital project implementations and owning the digital strategy and OT execution at the factory level.

About You

• Ability to shape and develop the DMA implementation roadmap and work plans for the site, support execution and problem solving, act as a coach and capability builder for the site management team
• Performance and project management experience
• Understanding of digital technologies and experience with digital tool implementation
• Focus on user adoption and productivity extraction from systems
• Lead DMA implementation in the factory
• Identify, develop, and implement DMA Use Cases
• Manage local stakeholders and engage influencers for successful development and implementation of Use Cases
• Prepare Use Case Validation Presentations for Validation Sessions and Steerco presentations
• Responsible for delivering DMA ambitions
• Lead governance at the factory level
