We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global asset manager who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Technology & Web Experience Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their international websites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong emphasis on digital transformation, user experience, and cross-border collaboration.

As part of a highly engaged international marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the company’s global digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager, enhancing user experience, driving performance, and aligning digital content with strategic marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be a digital native, commercially minded, and confident working across diverse teams and geographies.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Oversee the management and development of international websites using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring a modern and user-friendly digital presence.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, technology, and innovation teams to execute web projects aligned with business goals.
  • Manage external agency partnerships, including scope and budget oversight.
  • Integrate digital tools such as analytics, event platforms, and marketing automation solutions to improve functionality and reporting.
  • Contribute to UX/UI design strategies to enhance usability and engagement.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize the digital customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain a digital roadmap to support lead generation and content delivery.
