The seniority of this position is flexible for the right candidate to be either a Manager or Senior Manager.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role as we look to transform the way we deliver digital subscriptions.
You’ll look over the full digital subscription strategy, and think about the customer’s full lifecycle, ensuring they always receive an exceptional product and customer experience.
What you'll be doing
As our (Senior) Digital Subscriptions Manager, you'll work for our market-leading brands alongside expert content teams to gain an understanding of our audience's needs and translate these into compelling digital subscription propositions.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Experience, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and transformation of our subscription revenues.
You’ll oversee the end-to-end management of our existing and new digital subscription propositions, from analyzing data to identifying growth opportunities to developing and launching innovative new subscription products.
Working closely with marketing, product, and content teams, you’ll ensure our propositions align with customer needs and deliver exceptional value to customers.
You’ll be part of a team that will redefine our subscriptions, maximizing revenues and optimizing customer experiences.

This is a hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office and two from home.
