A healthcare organization in Nantgarw is seeking a Senior Digital Specialist to support various services for a fixed period of 24 months. The successful candidate will provide IT support under pressure, ensuring effective service for staff and client devices. Qualifications include a degree-level education and experience with Microsoft systems. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
This post is Fixed/Secondment for up to 24 months to meet the needs of the service.
An opportunity for a Senior Digital Specialist has arisen within the Digital Services Infrastructure team at Velindre University NHS Trust. The role will be equally supporting Velindre Cancer Centre in Whitchurch, Cardiff and the Welsh Blood Service at Talbot Green and will be based at both sites. The role is on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
The Digital Services team is a fast-paced environment with over 17,000 calls logged in the past twelve months. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and tight timescales whilst providing first class customer service for 1,800 staff and 2,500 client devices.
You will have a passion for innovation, a keen interest in advancing technology and will want to develop current IT support skills.
