Salary: Starting from £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

The Opportunity:
As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global Business Services scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on the Invoice-to-Pay processes (ITP).
A thorough understanding and experience in transforming Invoice to Pay processes is essential. This includes invoice processing, payment methodologies, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries, dispute management, issues resolution, internal controls, and collaboration with Procurement and external teams.

Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
Continuous Learning: A proactive attitude toward learning emerging technologies and integrating them into process improvement initiatives.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
