ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Project Management team is 20 strong and integral to delivering great digital work across the agency. We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team who thrives on learning, developing and inputting into projects and teams, not just “managing” them.

We are currently working with one of our clients to set up a production studio to service their marketing production needs across their EU markets. That studio requires a full time project manager to come on board and manage digital specific projects from client brief through to delivery, working closely with the Project Director and other Studio team members (designers, developers, account management etc) to deliver assets to markets in a timely manner meeting the quality needs associated with working with VCCP.

We have proposed a partially automated approach across DOOH, Social and Display assets, so a working knowledge of automation would be beneficial.

The role requires a highly organised individual, who can work autonomously within a wider team. You will know and respect the process and a set way of doing things, but also know when to be flexible and forthcoming with new solutions and ways of working.

In addition to project management, you will work closely with the Project Directors and Digital leadership team to ensure the Studio team is supported to follow best practice and deliver world-class work.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Confident in managing large and complex digital production projects and programs of work
• Be able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, knowing when to prioritise and focus
• on a particular task.
• Experience in a client facing role
• Experience working as part of integrated production teams
• Solution-orientated
• Have a working knowledge of digital display, DOOH and Social delivery
• Knowledge of automation techniques would be beneficial

MORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience scoping, briefing, documenting, timeline management, risk mitigation, change
• management, and delivery for digital production projects
• Experience in managing the delivery of consumer facing websites & platforms
• Experience in managing integrated communications production projects at scale, including
• deliverables such as Digital out of home, display banners, and social.
• Ability to work with Account Management, Motion, Design and Development teams to deliver high quality work
• Experience in Agile / Iterative based processes whilst working towards fixed goals & deadlines.
