Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives. The role is a 24-month contract with a £650-£750 daily umbrella rate, based on Porton Down, Salisbury (3 days on site) and Microsoft Teams interviews.

You will own day-to-day management, governance, budgets, risks and delivery controls while collaborating across project teams and wider organisations. Strong PM experience and professional qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering digital projects or programmes in a PM environment.
• Experience leading projects through full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and controls.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects to time, cost and quality.
• Experience of people leadership and/or managing project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business case and project documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery objectives and controls.
• Manage projects against time, cost, scope and quality requirements.
• Provide day-to-day project management and direction to teams.
• Develop business cases and project documentation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Schedule resources and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide governance and reporting to sponsors and forums.
• Engage in gateway reviews and change control processes.
