Senior Digital Project Consultant
Hybrid Working: Requirement to go into one of the above office locations as and when needed
Location: Salford Quays, Leeds, London, Staines
Full Time - 37.5 hours.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 annual salary

As Senior Digital Project Consultant you will be a key contributor to the People Technology and Digital team focusing on creating a simple, integrated & digital experience for our people, primarily focused on Health Services Workday deployments.
How you’ll help us make Health happen
Manage the people digital project pipeline for Health Services, ensuring projects are well planned, resourced and delivered within agreed timelines
Lead cross-functional project teams, working in partnership with a network of application owners, technical SMES and other partners across BGIUK and Group Technology and functional teams.
Lead the project team to ensure solutions are implemented which reflect business requirements and deliver intended results, keeping stakeholders engaged to a high degree. Landing the digital vision is key.
Role model our leadership imperatives, Bupa Code and values.
Work with subject matter experts to define project terms of reference, including resource effort and implementation costs
Use best practice project management artefacts to ensure delivery in each project is optimised.
Play a key role in supporting end to end change in the People MU through the implementation of tools which enable stakeholders to ‘engage with change’ from the very start, whilst continuing to focus on delivering digital interventions which allow that change to land effectively.
Manage relationships with third party development partners (internal and external) when working to implement or change digital technologies.
Build a streamlined, repeatable approach for Workday deployments, enabling efficient and accurate project scoping and deployment
Manage project reporting to executive project steering committees
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Experienced in digital consulting – including but not limited to Workday HR
Experienced in people (HR) processes desirable
Able to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet pre agreed timescales, deadlines and budget
Ability to manage a budget, providing cost estimates to the business & contracting with third party organisations
Stakeholder management – can build partnerships with key stakeholders by communicating effectively, influencing and providing a high level of support
Knowledge of UK regulatory bodies and legal requirements and associated impacts
High level of knowledge and skill in best practice digitisation and the ability to translate digital theories into use cases for the business.
Experience using project management tools is essential.
Experience within Financial Services organisations desirable
Well-developed communication skills, with a high proficiency in written English and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Highly developed planning and organisational skills
A strong sense of team and passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome
