Senior Digital Product Owner - 14 month Fixed Term Contract

Join HSBC as a Senior Digital Product Owner on a 14-month fixed-term contract and make a significant impact in digital banking innovation. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of digital products, journeys, and experiences within the Global Digital Servicing domain. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, delivering roadmaps, and enhancing digital offerings for Global Private Banking clients through online banking, mobile channels, and staff portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Digital Product roadmap across multiple booking centers, aligning with GPB's strategy and customer needs, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the GPB Digital Strategy and Proposition based on deep client insights.
  • Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and work with Business Analysts to deliver digital solutions.
  • Define business requirements and break them down into deliverables, following Agile and Scaled Agile principles.
  • Collaborate with branding and experience teams to ensure UI/UX standards are met.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Understanding of Private Banking and GPB client needs across markets is desirable.
  • Experience managing regulatory and legal issues related to digital products, especially cross-border and product distribution topics.
  • Strong background in digital business, with experience in consumer product development preferred.
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and work collaboratively.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile delivery and software quality practices.
