Job summary

E.ON Next in London is hiring four Digital Product Managers (Web & App) for a 12-month hybrid role. You’ll lead strategy and delivery across consumer website and app experiences, collaborating with GTM, Design and Engineering to drive growth and improve customer journeys.

You’ll design experiments, translate requirements into Epics/User Stories, and partner with tech to align front-end experiences with our platform ecosystem. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2C web/mobile product delivery with user-centric focus.
Experience in EV, IoT or energy management domains.
Proficient with GA4, Looker, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, discovery, and delivery for Website and App experiences to improve retention and engagement.
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with statistical significance guiding decisions.
Guide the product journey from pain point to post-launch optimisation.
Shape Website and App experiences from discovery through launch and optimisation.
Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories and engineering priorities.
Collaborate with designers to create usable, accessible experiences within feasibility constraints.
Partner with Tech to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery and platform integration.
Coordinate GTM launches with Marketing and Operations to maximise adoption.
Leverage analytics to continuously optimise features and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user needs and opportunities.
