About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Optimisation Consultant to join our Experimentation and Optimisation team. You will collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Teams to identify issues in the user journey that impact performance. Your responsibilities include creating hypotheses, designing tests (A/B and multi-variant), and executing them to improve user experience and conversion rates.

This role requires a highly analytical and insight-led approach, translating digital user behaviour KPIs into actionable insights across the customer experience. You will embed best practices across marketing and data teams, influencing journey and page design, copy, visual elements, proposition strategies, UX approaches, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with UK Marketing and Brand teams to enhance campaign efficiency by optimizing digital funnels and supporting A/B testing plans.
  • Identify weak points in digital experiences and support their improvement through testing within A/B tools across the website journey/pages.
  • Assist marketing and data teams with analysis using web analytics, UX techniques, and CRO methods to boost conversion rates.
  • Work with stakeholders (internal and external) such as commercial partners, UX, developers, media agencies, proposition, brand, and compliance teams to deliver production-ready tests.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and event tracking within GTM for all journeys.
  • Contribute to an archive of learnings to be shared across teams and communities, including personalization and campaign impact forecasts.
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking for multichannel funnels across products and channels.
  • Develop hypotheses, testing methodologies, and success criteria for ongoing optimization of digital funnels.
  • Manage and update the A/B roadmap, providing visibility to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Digital Estate and GTC teams to implement learnings from experiments into design standards.
  • Contribute to proposition development and review processes.
About You
  • Extensive experience in digital conversion optimization across the customer lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with testing tools like Optimizely, Maxymiser, and understanding of CSS, HTML, and scripting.
  • Knowledge of UX and user behaviour across desktop, mobile, tablet, and apps.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent experiments within a diverse portfolio.
  • Familiarity with digital insights tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
  • Understanding of CMS systems and responsive design experimentation.
  • Technical knowledge of analytics tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and Ensighten.
