About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Optimisation Consultant to join our Experimentation and Optimisation team. You will create hypotheses and concepts to improve areas of friction and execute A/B and Multi-variant tests to validate these hypotheses.

This role is highly analytical and insight-driven, requiring the translation of digital user behaviour KPIs into the end-to-end customer experience. You will embed best practices across Marketing and Data teams, collaborating on journey and page modifications, including copy, visual design, proposition strategies, UX approaches, and digital solutions delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with UK Marketing and Brand teams to enhance campaign efficiency by optimizing digital funnels and supporting A/B testing plans.
  2. Identify weak points in digital experiences and support building tests within an A/B tool across website pages.
  3. Assist Marketing and Data teams with analysis using web analytical tools, UX techniques, and CRO methodologies to improve conversion rates.
  4. Work with stakeholders such as Commercial Partners, UX, developers, media agencies, proposition, brand, and compliance teams to deliver production-ready A/B and MVT tests.
  5. Ensure proper tagging of online journeys and event tracking within GTM for new and existing journeys.
  6. Support the creation and sharing of learnings, including personalization, A/B & MVT campaign results, and impact forecasts.
  7. Maintain dashboards and track multichannel funnels across products and distribution channels.
  8. Develop hypotheses, testing methodologies, and success criteria for ongoing digital funnel optimization.
  9. Manage and update the A/B roadmap, providing visibility to stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with Digital Estate and GTC teams to implement learnings into design standards.
  11. Contribute to Proposition development and review processes.
About You
  1. Extensive experience in digital conversion optimization across the customer lifecycle.
  2. Proficiency with testing tools such as Optimizely, Maxymiser, and understanding of CSS, HTML, and scripting.
  3. Knowledge of UX and user behaviour across devices and platforms.
  4. Experience managing multiple concurrent experiments within a diverse portfolio.
  5. Familiarity with digital insights tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
  6. Understanding of CMS systems and responsive design experimentation.
  7. Technical expertise in analytics tracking, including Google Tag Manager and similar tools.
