Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Digital Merchandising Lead in Corby for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on driving commercial success for strategic suppliers by enhancing the digital customer experience through insights and analytics.

You will develop supplier strategy plans, collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Product & Supply Chain and Marketing teams, and manage onboarding and contract negotiations with suppliers to deliver measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge and Google Trends.
• Ability to communicate data, insights and recommendations to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising KPIs and levers.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Identifies UX/CX improvements and shapes digital roadmap.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering key metrics for suppliers and create actionable insights.
• Influence over supplier funding and lead quarterly reviews.
• Lead digital projects and plan merchandising activities 3–9 months in advance.
• Use analytics to inform supplier plans and drive improvements.
• Build relationships with supplier brands, Product & Supply Chain, Marketing and Digital Teams.
• Manage supplier onboarding and contract negotiation for category.
