Job summary

Brakspear is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead, create and coordinate digital strategies across our hospitality estate. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will shape campaigns that engage customers, build brand awareness, and support sales growth in our pubs and hotels.

This role manages one direct report and collaborates with retail, operations, sales and finance to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hospitality-focused marketing experience across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and coordinate digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
