A leading luxury business in London is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive acquisition and engagement across all digital channels. This role requires over 8 years of experience in a UHNWI environment and expertise in managing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a creative and data-driven approach to grow the brand internationally. Offering a competitive salary of £75K-85K plus bonus.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in a UHNWI business (Retail, Hospitality, Travel, etc.).
  • Strong experience with data analytical tools.
  • Expertise in end-to-end paid campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of the paid campaigns (Google and Meta Ads).
  • Develop the social media strategy and compelling content across all channels.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and A/B testing.
  • Take full ownership of the digital marketing budget.

Role Overview

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all digital channels to drive acquisition and engagement of the brand. Having a mix of a creative and data-driven approach is key for this role to grow the business internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all areas of the paid campaigns ( Google and Meta Ads)
  • Develop the social media strategy including develop compelling content across all channels (paid, earned, and owned)
  • Analyse performance using google analytics and A/B testing
  • Take full ownership of the digital marketing budget

What we need from you:

  • Over 8 year’s experience within a UHNWI business (Retail, Hospitality, Travel etc)
  • Strong experience across data analytical tools (Google Analytics)
  • Expertise across end-to-end paid campaign management
  • Creative and data driven approach, think outside the box
