Job Description:

We’re hiring for a fast-growing fintech scaleup that’s changing the way people manage money through a mobile-first platform. They’re well-funded, growing fast, and now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team and own key acquisition channels.

If you’ve got strong B2C experience and know how to drive results across Meta (paid social), PPC, SEO, affiliates, and content — and want to grow in a startup that moves fast — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Managing SEO and affiliate strategies to bring in new users
• Supporting content that drives acquisition and engagement
• Working with external agencies (PPC, paid social, affiliates) and tracking their performance
• Using data tools (like GA4, AppsFlyer, or Looker) to improve performance and report on results
• Working closely with the CRM, web, and data teams

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2C brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads – this is where most of the budget goes
• Experience in scaleups or startups — you’re used to moving fast and testing things
• Confident managing multiple channels and agency relationships
• Able to work with data and use insights to improve campaigns
