Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Europe

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on digital strategy for a well-established financial services business operating across Europe. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and digital performance, working closely with regional teams and external partners to optimise digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Developing and implementing a data-driven digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, social media, and CRM.
  2. Overseeing website development and optimisation, ensuring content and design support audience engagement.
  3. Managing SEO strategy (technical & content) to improve rankings, drive traffic, and build authority.
  4. Leading email marketing initiatives, including platform optimisation, A/B testing, and automation.
  5. Driving social media engagement, analysing performance, and implementing best practices.
  6. Integrating CRM and marketing automation to support lead generation and conversion.
  7. Analysing digital performance metrics and reporting on key insights to influence strategy.
  8. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
What We're Looking For:
  1. B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within professional or financial services.
  2. Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads & LinkedIn), CRM, and website management.
  3. A strategic, data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising performance.
  4. The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Knowledge of GDPR and its impact on digital marketing.
  6. A proactive and innovative approach to driving growth through digital channels.
