Job summary

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own a high-volume, multi-channel digital programme across paid media, websites, email, and analytics. You will lead planning, delivery, and optimisation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive measurable results while upholding the YMCA brand and values.

Qualifications

Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (paid social, Google Ads, email, web).
Strong skills in targeting, optimisation, budgeting, keyword strategy, and campaign reporting.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager for tracking and insights.
Experience in email marketing automation (segmentation, workflows, personalisation) and SEO/CRO/UX.

Responsibilities
