This is a brilliant opportunity for a digital marketing professional confident in performance advertising, search optimisation, and content strategy—who wants their work to make a real difference to families navigating one of life's most important decisions.

As part of our collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing digital activity across our portfolio of 21 care homes—working alongside experienced marketing professionals, graphic designers, and support teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Digital Advertising
  • Planning, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing
  • Tracking and improving performance using enquiry data, cost-per-lead, ROI, and conversion insights
  • SEO & Local Search
    • Optimising website copy, metadata, and internal linking to improve organic visibility
    • Creating and maintaining SEO-driven landing pages and blog articles
    • Managing Google Business listings for all homes, ensuring local SEO best practices, regular updates, and engaging content
    • Monitoring and responding to public reviews and questions
  • Social Media Strategy & Content
    • Supporting Facebook and Instagram content creation, including post ideas, stories, and videos
    • Repurposing PR stories through paid campaigns to boost reach and brand awareness
    • Promoting local home events via paid social campaigns
  • Review & Reputation Management
    • Managing carehome.co.uk reviews and responses, reporting to senior management, and supporting Home Managers with objectives
    • Overseeing reviews across Google, responding thoughtfully, and reporting trends to the wider team
  • Website Content, Development & Maintenance
    • Implementing content updates, building new pages and landing pages, and enhancing user experience
    • Publishing news and PR stories across our websites
    • Managing external developers for technical work, updates, and new features
  • Digital Reporting & Insight
    • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on paid campaign results, website traffic, SEO performance, and enquiry trends
    • Identifying patterns in care enquiries and supporting occupancy efforts through data insight
    About You

You'll be a confident communicator with a strong grasp of digital tools and techniques. Combining analytical thinking with creative flair, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should be organized, self-motivated, and always eager to improve performance.

    • 3+ years proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
    • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and on-page optimisation
    • Experience managing a social media content calendar
    • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
    • Ability to write clear, concise content and evaluate creative performance
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
    • A proactive, team-player attitude with a can-do approach
