My client, a rapidly growing fashion group, is actively seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead their initiatives in the UK and European markets in a pivotal role that involves spearheading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, aligning them with overarching business objectives.

You will lead sales and customer acquisition efforts in Western markets (UK, Europe, and North America), playing a crucial role in achieving our overarching marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing the Digital Marketing strategy
  2. Overseeing day-to-day campaigns across diverse channels like Affiliates, PPC, and Paid Social
  3. Utilising analytical insights to continuously refine strategies
  4. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive marketing campaigns
  5. Assisting in budget tracking to meet ROAS targets
  6. Staying updated with industry trends and fostering strong partnerships with affiliates

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Affiliate Marketing, showing success in achieving campaign KPIs. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, effective management of media budgets, and adaptability in a dynamic team setting are essential. While prior knowledge of fashion retail is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
