Are you a digital marketing whizz who loves crafting campaigns, diving into data, and making a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and fast-paced marketing team at Jensten!

You’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy — planning and delivering campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost engagement across our websites, social media, and email channels. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers, and other senior leaders to bring our digital vision to life.

Key objectives & responsibilities include:

  • Optimising our online presence to drive leads and income
  • Managing and collaborating with digital agencies to improve performance
  • Managing content, targeting, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Creating and running digital campaigns that deliver results
  • Exploring and implementing new tools to enhance team efficiency
  • Analyzing campaign data and sharing insights for continuous improvement
  • Staying updated with digital trends and best practices
  • Acting as a digital advocate across the business

About you

We are seeking a creative thinker with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, capable of simplifying complex information, and managing multiple tasks effectively.

You should have at least 5 years of proven experience managing B2C/B2B campaigns, preferably within the insurance sector, with a good understanding of the propositions, products, and services offered.

Additional qualifications and skills include:

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Confidence with marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
  • A passion for learning and applying new marketing tools
  • Degree level education and a marketing qualification
