Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Digital Lead to steer digital delivery on hyperscale data centre projects. You will implement BIM and digital standards, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and drive data-driven decisions using dashboards.

The role includes client-facing leadership, governance of EC partners, and continuous improvement of digital workflows. You will oversee BEP development, CDE management, model coordination, and KPI reporting while exploring AI opportunities to enhance project

Qualifications

• Ability to manage project timelines and advise on resources.
• Proven track record in leading information management for large infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Buildings projects with dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of BIM lifecycle management and ISO 19650.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Forma and CDE tools.
• Experience with data management and integration tools and Power BI.
• Interest or experience integrating AI into BIM and digital-delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital and digital delivery agenda on projects in coordination with Project Leadership.
• Attend weekly project meetings with project stakeholders and client.
• Demonstrate digital progress to leadership via dashboards.
• Lead BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with information-delivery milestones.
• Oversee Common Data Environment and model coordination across locations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews, KPI reporting and compliance checks.
• Identify innovation, automation and AI opportunities in project delivery.
• Support asset information management and digital handover where required.
• Provide input to bids and resource schedules; mentor junior staff.
