Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Digital Lead to steer digital delivery on hyperscale data centre projects. You will lead BIM execution, establish CDE workflows, and coordinate cross-discipline teams, while driving digital, AI, and automation initiatives. Client-facing role with a focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

You will oversee regional teams and EC partners, ensuring adherence to standards, schedules and quality across multiple locations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading information management for large infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of BIM throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital and digital delivery agenda on projects in coordination with Project Leadership.
• Attend weekly project meetings with stakeholders and client to demonstrate progress via dashboards.
• Lead BIM execution and coordination, including BEP development and CDE management.
• Ensure compliance with information-delivery milestones and project standards, flag risks to leadership.
• Identify and pursue Innovation, Automation, AI opportunities within project delivery.
