Hargreaves Lansdown plc in Bristol is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to drive better client outcomes through analytics across our website and apps. You will partner with product teams to surface insights and guide digital journeys with a data-driven approach.
The role focuses on leveraging Snowflake-based architecture, analysing user behaviour, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

We are currently expanding our Digital Experience Analytics team and want to hear from experienced Senior Digital Analysts that are keen to drive better outcomes for the millions of people that use our platforms and want to help them save and invest with confidence at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL). Our team's focus is always on our clients, understanding what they are doing and trying to explain why. By providing meaningful insights on our clients, you will be central to improving client experience and helping key stakeholders make critical commercial and strategic decisions.
By using our modernising Snowflake and Digital Analytics architecture to dive into user behaviour across our website and apps, along with our other channels and market behaviours, you will quickly become an important part of your partnered Product Team, working with them to surface insight on how our clients are experiencing our journeys and finding and sharing actionable insight that drives improved client outcomes.
We are looking for someone with a mix of analytical skills, experience at acting as a trusted product partner, and someone who can help drive our highly data literate culture at HL.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst who has experience, knowledge and skills in the following areas, however we appreciate that a successful applicant may not necessarily tick all of these areas:
The interview process for this role is two stages including technical competency-based questions and a scenario task.
This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office 2 days a week.
