Position Summary

The Senior Digital Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, securing, automating and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and the deployment foundations that support OrganOx's digital products and connected device services. The role is primarily Digital-focused, supporting software engineering teams with scalable environments, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, cybersecurity and reliable operational practices for regulated medical device software. The successful candidate will act as a practical bridge between Digital and Data, while retaining primary accountability for the Digital infrastructure, DevOps and cloud engineering responsibilities. This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who is comfortable working across cloud infrastructure, software delivery, automation, security, operational support, regulated digital product development and selective data-platform engineering. This is an office based role in Oxford, with flexibility, to ensure stakeholder engagement with Engineering, Quality and other relevant business units. Listed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed. This list is not totally exhaustive.

Major Responsibilities
  • Design, build, secure, and maintain scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for OrganOx digital products, connected device services, development environments, and production deployments
