Job summary

Channel 3 Consulting is seeking a Managing Consultant to scale our Digital Foundations proposition across NHS and care organisations. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape client outcomes, drive growth, and mentor consultants to broaden technical breadth and strategic acumen.

You will engage with C-suite leaders, influence procurement and programme delivery, and contribute to our go-to-market and thought leadership in the health and care sector.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience in a consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated success delivering infrastructure-led transformation in health or care.
• Ability to frame strategy-to-execution programmes and lead complex deliveries.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication across audiences.
• Background in management consultancy or digital advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering Digital Foundations engagements.
• Direct delivery across strategy, design, procurement, assurance and benefits realisation.
• Ensure outcomes improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience.
• Act as Engagement Lead with time, cost, and quality accountability.
• Mentor colleagues to deepen expertise across infrastructure, cyber, architecture.
• Drive business development and growth of strategic client accounts.
