Job summary

Admiral Money is recruiting a Senior Digital Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead customer communications and experience design. You will manage the UX/UI team, own the Mapp communications platform, and drive multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, and commercial teams to demonstrate value and optimise engagement while upholding GDPR and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the digital customer lifecycle and digital marketing.
• Experience delivering multi-channel communications and digital solutions.
• Experience with UX designers and agile delivery teams.
• Experience delivering complex digital products in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer communications and experience design across touchpoints.
• Own the communications platform (Mapp) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead and develop the UX/UI team and maintain workflows.
• Design and execute cross-channel marketing and servicing campaigns.
• Collaborate with analytics to demonstrate business value of communications.
