Job summary

IBM Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks a senior architect to determine robust PLM and Digital Engineering solutions. You will work with clients and delivery teams to decompose business needs into architecture and strategic options, leading large projects and mentoring junior architects across the lifecycle.

You will be responsible for aligning data and application landscapes, documenting standards, and presenting governance artifacts to stakeholders in a collaborative, growth-minded IBM

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital solutions within the Product Engineering domain.
• Ability to present architectural options, rationales and evaluations.
• Experience leading large complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to determine solution needs.
• Define and architect solutions for Digital Engineering needs, both business and technical.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts through all project phases.
• Technically lead large and/or complex projects and assist the Project Manager.
• Provide leadership and technical direction across the team.
• Offer enterprise level input to holistically align data and applications.
• Document architectural processes, standards and governance procedures.
• Identify integration, maintenance, upgrades, and data migration needs.
