An established industry player is seeking an experienced communications and engagement specialist to lead the design and delivery of change communication plans. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior teams to align engagement strategies with business goals, ensuring high-quality delivery across competing priorities. Your expertise in strategic communication and change management will drive the successful implementation of the organisation's Data Strategy, promoting awareness and adoption of change while addressing cultural barriers. As an experienced communications and engagement specialist, you’ll lead the design and delivery of change communication plans. Working closely with the Head of Digital Engagement and your role lead, you’ll help deliver on the Director of Data and Analytics’ priorities.
You’ll engage with senior teams to align engagement strategies with business goals and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple, and often competing, priorities. This temporary position will focus on communication and engagement for the implementation of the organisation’s Data Strategy. This includes embedding a new ‘hub and spoke’ model across the department, supporting the integration of D&A resources into business units, and driving awareness and adoption of change. You'll also identify and promote success stories, while addressing cultural and process barriers to change.
Location: Hybrid – min 40% non-negotiable in the office (3 days a week) / Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield
